If a client uploads data, attachments, or files exceeding the allocated server capacity or plan limits, Datacore ERP Software Co. LLC reserves the right to restrict uploads, suspend excessive usage, or recommend an upgrade plan to maintain service stability.
4. Data Ownership and Access
All client data uploaded into the system remains the sole property of the client. Datacore ERP Software Co. LLC does not claim ownership of client data.
However, authorized members of our core development and support teams may access client data when required for troubleshooting, customization, or system maintenance, under strict confidentiality and data protection policies.
5. WhatsApp Communication
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive communications from us via WhatsApp for:
Account-related notifications
Software updates and alerts
Support and technical inquiries
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our support team. We comply with WhatsApp Business API policies and ensure secure handling of all related data.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, source code, design, trademarks, logos, documentation, and proprietary materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Datacore ERP Software Co. LLC. Unauthorized use, duplication, or modification is strictly prohibited.
7. Third-Party Integrations Our software may integrate with external services such as WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Meta platforms, Zoom, and other APIs.
Use of these third-party platforms is subject to their own terms and conditions.
Datacore ERP Software Co. LLC shall not be responsible for:
Any interruption, modification, or discontinuation of such third-party services.
Changes to their pricing, policies, or access restrictions.
Compatibility issues arising from updates or API limitations imposed by these providers.
If any third-party provider ceases operations, alters its integration structure, or restricts API access, Datacore ERP Software Co. LLC will make reasonable efforts to adapt or find alternatives but cannot guarantee continued functionality or replacement support.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if:
You violate these Terms or any applicable law.
You misuse system access or exceed data limits without resolution.
Required subscription payments are not made.
Upon termination, your license to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datacore ERP Software Co. LLC shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Data loss, system downtime, or service interruption due to third-party dependencies.
Business losses resulting from misuse, improper configuration, or external technical failures.
The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the Service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
In the event of any dispute, the matter shall be exclusively handled and settled by the Dubai Courts.
