Refund Policy

At Datacore ERP Software LLC, we are committed to providing reliable, high-quality, and customized cloud-based ERP solutions designed to meet each client's specific business requirements. As our services involve dedicated resource allocation, system configuration, and ongoing customization, the following refund policy applies:

  • Non-Refundable Services
    All payments made toward cloud subscriptions, data storage space, software licenses, customization, integration, implementation, or support services are non-refundable. Once the client environment has been provisioned and customization work initiated, the service is considered delivered.
  • Nature of the Service
    Our ERP solutions are hosted on a cloud infrastructure, where computing and storage resources are specifically purchased, configured, and maintained for each client. As these resources are uniquely allocated and consumed, refunds cannot be issued after activation or deployment.
  • Billing Errors
    Refunds will only be considered in cases of verified duplicate payments or billing discrepancies. Such claims must be reported to us in writing within 7 working days from the date of the transaction.
  • Cancellation Policy
    If a client chooses to discontinue the service prior to the end of the agreed subscription term, no partial or prorated refund will be issued for the unused period.
  • Dispute Resolution
    Any dispute or claim arising from this policy shall be governed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the Dubai Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such matters.
