Datacore ERP — Data Deletion Instructions

Your privacy is important to us. This page explains how you can request deletion of personal data collected by Datacore ERP Software Co. LLC through our systems and third-party integrations (including Meta/Facebook services).

Scope

This policy covers data collected through:

• Datacore ERP systems, client portals, and mobile apps
• Meta-integrated platforms such as:
  • Instagram (Datacore _instaleads app, Instagram Graph API, Lead Forms)
  • Facebook (Lead Ads, Pages, Business integrations)
  • WhatsApp Cloud API (CRM messaging)
  • Messenger (chat interactions)

Types of data we may hold

Depending on the integration, data may include:

• Full name, email, phone number
• Lead form responses and messages
• Public profile information (when authorized by the platform)
• System logs and app usage data

How to request deletion

We offer two ways to request deletion. Please include all requested details to help us locate and remove your data quickly.

1. Email (preferred)

Send an email to support@datacoreerp.com with the subject line:

Data Deletion Request – [Platform / App name]

Please include:

• Your full name
• Email address or phone number associated with the account
• Platform involved (e.g., Instagram, Facebook Lead Ads, WhatsApp, Messenger, Datacore ERP)
• Any additional info to help locate your record (lead ID, message excerpt, date of interaction)

2. Via platform controls (when applicable)

You may also remove app permissions from your Meta account; note that removing permissions does not always delete data stored by our systems — you should still submit an email request as described above to ensure deletion from Datacore records.

• Instagram / Facebook: Meta account → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove “Datacore _instaleads” or related entries.
• WhatsApp: Stop interacting with the number and submit the email request above.

Processing timeframe

We will verify your request and act on deletion within 30 days of verification, unless a longer retention is required by law. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is completed.

Exceptions & legal requirements

We will not delete data that we are required to retain by law (for example, for tax, legal, or compliance reasons). Where we must retain certain records, we will restrict access and keep only the minimum data necessary for compliance.
