Set up yourself, or choose our help

You can set up Datacore ERP yourself using the free, included AI-guided Product Guide. If you would like hands-on help with setup, training or configuration, the services below are optional and priced separately. Live training and setup are paid unless included in your accepted order. You do not need to buy them to subscribe. Product issue support is included with your subscription, and fixing mistakes in setup we deliver carries no extra service fee.

Prices are in AED, excluding applicable taxes, for one company workspace using supported existing integrations. Required modules and eligible provider accounts must already be available.

Google Calendar + Meet Setup	AED 190 once	One user account/calendar and testing of supported scheduling and meeting creation.
Zoom Setup	AED 190 once	One Zoom account connection and a meeting-creation test.
Slack Notifications Setup	AED 190 once	One workspace/channel and up to three existing notification events.
Payment Gateway Setup	AED 390 once	One supported, approved merchant account and testing of the existing invoice-payment workflow. Transaction fees are separate.

E-Invoice Standard Activation	AED 490 once	One legal entity using an already-supported provider: required details, sample-document tests and handover. Availability must be verified before an invoice is offered. No new adapter development or provider fees included. Availability review only; payment and activation are not available yet.
Remote User Training	AED 190 / hour	A booked session on existing Datacore features. Whole hours, minimum one hour; agree the agenda and total hours first.
Configuration Assistance	AED 190 / hour	Customer-requested changes to existing settings/workflows. Whole hours, minimum one hour; no custom development.
Custom integration request	Written quote	Unsupported providers, new development, complex mappings or work outside the published scope require a written quote.

No surprise setup charges. Standard work uses the prices above. We check eligibility, confirm the scope, taxes and full total, then you accept and pay through your existing Datacore billing account. Work is scheduled after payment. Extra work requires your agreement first.

Client requirements and provider charges

Meta and WhatsApp: You must already have a business-owned Facebook/Meta page and the relevant Meta Business account, with required business verification and approvals completed. You must also maintain a working business website with accurate business details, a privacy policy and data protection disclosures. Obtaining and maintaining these accounts, approvals and policies is your responsibility; Datacore does not guarantee provider approval.

Email integration: Your existing email provider must permit SMTP access and authorize the connection to Datacore. You are responsible for supplying the required settings and permissions through an agreed secure method.

Provider fees are additional: Subscriptions, renewals, WhatsApp marketing and other messaging charges, AI API usage, tokens or credits, email, advertising, payment transactions, Maps usage and e-invoice transmission fees are paid by you directly to the provider unless expressly included in your accepted order or otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party service continuity: Provider availability, pricing, policies and account restrictions may change. Datacore does not guarantee continued third-party service and, to the extent permitted by law, is not responsible for interruptions caused by providers or unpaid client subscriptions or usage charges. Datacore remains responsible for its own contractual and mandatory legal obligations. Read the full client prerequisites and third-party service terms.

A different company, number or mailbox needs a separate request; do not purchase standalone mailbox setup for a connection already included in Email-to-Lead or Ticket Setup.

E-Invoice Connect: planned recurring pricing is AED 49/month or AED 490/year per legal entity after successful activation. The eligible Business Suite entity includes this recurring fee. Activation and provider fees remain separate. Connect is not available for purchase until a supported provider connection is verified.

Existing customers: open Integration Services in your SaaS billing account to request setup. Do not share passwords or API secrets in your request. Service delivery and cancellation follow the accepted scope and applicable legal rights.

Subscription fee waiver: eligibility and application

Support when your business is making a loss

New solo entrepreneurs and any existing Datacore client facing genuine business losses may apply for a subscription fee waiver. It may last one year or longer, depending on the written approval. Continuing beyond the approved period requires a new review and further internal approval.

Our audit team reviews eligibility, and every waiver requires final internal approval. Applying does not guarantee approval. We will confirm the covered plan, dates, and fees in writing before the waiver takes effect. If stored data exceeds 5 GB during the waiver, the applicable storage fee remains payable and will be confirmed in writing before it is charged.
